About me
For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of providing compassionate, strengths-based care to enhance psychological resilience, deepen social connection, and ease suffering for individuals and families across developmental stages.
My education began at the University of Pennsylvania (BA, Psychology) and continued at Columbia University (MA and MPhil, School Psychology; PhD, Psychology). Clinical research focused on depression prevention and psychological resilience in urban and suburban communities.
Since then, my work has been enriched by professional experiences providing psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic assessments in schools, outpatient hospital clinics, residential and community-based foster care, and private practice.
I am a licensed psychologist in New York and Connecticut, a member of the New York State (NYSPA) and Westchester County (WCPA) Psychological Associations, and the founding member of a local clinical peer supervision group.
